1. For me Ice hockey is my favorite to watch, nothing more exciting than NHL playoffs. There's nothing like watching playoff hockey in person too. The players play with most heart IMO. I'm also a fan of international play, as there is a lot of parity with 5 countries that beat each other on any given night.
2. For me and I'm sure this is the case for others too, NCAA basketball is the easiest to beat. There is more choices than any other league daily, so there's a lot to choose from when looking to beat the number.
3. The hardest to beat? I go back and forth on, between the NFL and MLB. The NFL gets the most action, so with all those opinions coming in I'd think they should be the sharpest, and toughest numbers to beat. But then you have the MLB. Just about every offshore and Vegas book offers dime lines, which tells me bookmakers are pretty confident in their numbers. Sure a part of it might just be bookmakers wanting to entice bettors to keep them betting after football, but there are just more intangibles that go into baseball than any other sport, so IMO they are the sharpest lines.
4. My favorite sport to bet is baseball. Part of my reasoning is because I think it's the toughest to beat, the other part of my reasoning and main reason why I like betting it the most, is because of the variety of numbers you get. Bases is the only sport where you can look at 5 different books and get 5 different numbers, and for me that's where I get the most joy betting games. I like looking at the different numbers more than I like watching the games. You find out quick which books are the sharpest.
