New England Patriots Vs Kansas City Chiefs 9-29-2014 0 views

This game looks like an easy under to me. The Chiefs offensive line is beat up and bad at pass blocking but surprisingly good at run blocking. Andy Reid has adjusted his playcalling to suit his line's talents and to protect his quarterback. Knile Davis could get a lot of playing time even if Jamaal Charles plays and I expect him to get a lot of carries as the Chiefs still do not trust his passblocking.

Throw in a primetime game at Arrowhead on Monday night and a betting public that will be leaning on the Patriots going over and I'm calling this one an easy under play. I'm waiting to make my pick just in case the public is on the over and makes the line go up. I think it's probably going to stay about where it is now though (44.5).

I'm on the Chiefs here. They looked impressive last week against Miami and need a win to get to .500. The home underdog will have the crowd roaring tonight. Jamal Charles returns but his backup Kniles Davis is also very effective.

Honestly I played 6 games this week. I played San Fran -4 Miami dolphins -4 Detroit lions -3 green bay +3 Houston -3 and new england -4. I placed all -110 bets to win 100 on each game. After digging into every game I thought to my self "DAM" I'm gonna win every game this week and if I don't play a parlay and it hits I'm gonna shoot myself in the ass. 2 of the 6 teams were computer generated that hasn't failed me in 4 years. Miami bet 3 and lions bet 1. So I placed 100$ on a 6 team parlay to win 2500$. And the only thing hold in it back is the new england -4. I am confident in this game. I even threw and extra 300 to win 200 on new england money line and also bet another 110 to win 100 with new england -2.5. Look at my stats I'm good. I'm in the top 20 overall handicappers. Trust me when I say this. New england -6 all the way. Kc 17 ne 27

Also liking the chiefs here; the momentum they picked up last week should continue at home. Andy Reid acknowledged that he was responsible for putting Alex Smith is bad situations with his play calling early in the season with a not so stellar O-line. Reid is a top notch offensive mind was able to adjust things last week which made Alex Smith much more efficient. Look for more quick hitting passes from Smith with a 3 step drop which will neutralize the lack of O-line for KC. Can't pass up the points on a home underdog on Mon night. Also going against the grain on the total; as some have stated the Under is the obvious call; which is exactly why we like the Over. The total opened at 45 u-115 and the public is actually backing the Under at a 58% clip; which almost never happens on a Mon. night game. The total is now sitting at 46 at most books, with a couple 46.5's out there; giving an indication that the bigger money is coming in on the Over. This a good contrarian situation where there is an overreaction to the recent results of the Pats coming of a 16-9 game and allowing only 7 points the previous week; along with KC only allowing 15 points last week. We'll "sell" the recent news favoring the Under, and "Buy" the value on the Over.

KC +3 and Over 46

Nice call, SportsTrader. It will be interesting to see where they set the totals next week. After watching the other games Sunday it looks like the offenses are going to continue to score whether they run or pass.
